Kassel
Chairman
Mr. Kassel was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors of the company in 1 998. Mr. Kassel also served as the chief executive officer of The Reclamation Group from November 1998 to April 2005. Mr. Kassel is the founder of Reclam, he began in the industry in 1970 and with a 55 year history in the industry and in business, ranging from mining, pharmaceticals, film, farming and others, leads Reclam as our Chairman of the board to this day, with his vision and expertise leads Reclam into the future.

Group Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kassel joined the group in 2001, he has fulfilled various roles within the group during his 18 years with the company. He was appointed as a Director on the board and Group Chief Operating Officer in September 2011. Since he joined the company he significantly contributed to the company’s expansion and in September 2017 was appointed as the group’s Chief Executive Officer.
Kevin
Pleaner
Group Trading Director
Mr. Pleaner obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Degree at the University of Witwatersrand and further completed his CIMA qualification. He joined the company in 2010 and gained experience in various roles within the company, he was appointed to the board of directors in June 2017 and fulfills the role of Group Trading Director.
Rudolf
Rudman
Group Financial Director
Mr Rudman obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Degree through the University of Pretoria and further completed his CA (SA) qualification. After working in financial service sector for 8 years he joined the company in 2007. During his 18 years he fulfilled various roles within the finance department and operations. He was appointed to the board of directors in July 2025 and fulfils the role of Group Financial Director.
